The Carbon Trust was set up by Government in 2001 as an independent company. Our mission is to accelerate the move to a low carbon economy by working with organisations to reduce carbon emissions and develop commercial low carbon technologies.

The Carbon Trust offers a variety of events ranging from introductions to our services, to technical energy efficiency training, most of which are free.

We also support events run by other organisations, providing speakers and on occasion sponsoring/exhibiting.
